Terms of Service

1. The service

Streak is a habit-tracking application that lets you create habits, mark them complete each day, and monitor your streaks and completion rates. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use Streak. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Streak offers a paid subscription (“Streak Pro”) billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Stripe. New accounts include a 5-day trial period. After the trial, continued access requires an active subscription.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• •Use Streak for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data.
• •Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the service.
• •Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.

5. Your content

The habits and data you enter belong to you. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display that data back to you as part of operating the service. We handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer

Streak is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular result in your life or habits.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streak and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using Streak and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above. Continued use of Streak after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
